We want you to be satisfied with AnyKoma. Here’s our policy on refunds.

Subscription Refunds

Within 7 Days of First Purchase

If you’re a new subscriber and AnyKoma isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Requirements:

  • Must be your first subscription to AnyKoma
  • Request within 7 days of payment
  • Contact support@jumonai.com with your account email

After 7 Days

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused time after cancellation
  • Billing cycles after the first 7 days

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again.

Credit Top-up Refunds

Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:

  • All credit packs (Small, Medium, Large)
  • Credits from promotional offers

Credits are consumed immediately when you generate content. We cannot reverse credit usage.

Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service (e.g., generation failures, billing errors), contact support. We review these cases individually and may offer:

  • Credit refunds to your account
  • Extended subscription time
  • Partial monetary refunds in exceptional cases

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@jumonai.com
  2. Include your account email
  3. Describe the reason for your request
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages

We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, we will review the case. Please contact us first—we can often resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
