Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with AnyKoma. Here’s our policy on refunds.
Subscription Refunds
Within 7 Days of First Purchase
If you’re a new subscriber and AnyKoma isn’t what you expected, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Requirements:
- Must be your first subscription to AnyKoma
- Request within 7 days of payment
- Contact support@jumonai.com with your account email
After 7 Days
We do not offer refunds for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused time after cancellation
- Billing cycles after the first 7 days
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again.
Credit Top-up Refunds
Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. This includes:
- All credit packs (Small, Medium, Large)
- Credits from promotional offers
Credits are consumed immediately when you generate content. We cannot reverse credit usage.
Technical Issues
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service (e.g., generation failures, billing errors), contact support. We review these cases individually and may offer:
- Credit refunds to your account
- Extended subscription time
- Partial monetary refunds in exceptional cases

- Describe the reason for your request
- Include any relevant screenshots or error messages
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, we will review the case. Please contact us first—we can often resolve issues faster than the chargeback process.
