1. Service Description

AnyKoma is an AI-powered platform operated by JumonAI, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") that enables users to create consistent manga-style characters and panels. Users can build a library of reusable characters, generate custom panels featuring their characters, create character variations, and optionally combine panels into stories.

2. User Accounts

To use AnyKoma, you must create an account using Google authentication.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• If you are a minor (under 18 years old), you must obtain consent from a legal guardian (such as a parent) before using this Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Subscription & Payments

AnyKoma offers subscription plans with different credit allocations.

• Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

4. Credit System

AnyKoma uses a credit-based system for AI generations.

• Credits are granted at the start of each billing period
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next period unless specified by your plan
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable

5. User Content

AnyKoma does not claim ownership of content you create using our service. However:

• You grant us a license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service
• You may not create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• You are responsible for ensuring that any images or materials you upload do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI service is subject to the following:

• AI-generated images may not be unique; similar content may be generated for other users
• AnyKoma does not claim any ownership rights to content you generate using our service
• The copyright status of AI-generated content is uncertain under both US and Japanese law; we make no representations regarding your ownership of such content
• If you use source material that contains third-party intellectual property (such as copyrighted characters or trademarks), you do not acquire rights to any resulting generated content
• You are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of generated content before any commercial use
• Character consistency is achieved through our proprietary character memory system. While we strive for high consistency, variations may occur and do not constitute a service defect

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our service.

• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the system
• Do not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content
• Do not share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

AnyKoma and its associated branding are owned by JumonAI, Inc.

• The AnyKoma name, logo, and trademarks are our property
• Our AI models are powered by third-party services including Google Gemini API

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We are not responsible for how you use generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JumonAI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Content you create or upload
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

12. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided no credits have been used
• No refunds are available once you have used any credits or after 7 days have passed
• Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable as credits are delivered immediately
• For technical issues where credits were not delivered, please contact support@jumonai.com

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved according to the following:

• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan
• Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court

16. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

You represent and warrant that you do not fall under any of the following categories, and that you will not fall under any of them in the future:

• Organized crime groups (boryokudan), members of organized crime groups, associate members, related companies, corporate racketeers, groups engaging in social movements for extortion, special intelligence organized crime groups, or any other equivalent persons (collectively, "Anti-Social Forces")
• Persons whose management is recognized as being controlled by Anti-Social Forces
• Persons whose management is recognized as having substantial involvement by Anti-Social Forces
• Persons recognized as using Anti-Social Forces for the purpose of seeking wrongful gain for themselves or third parties or for inflicting damage on third parties
• Persons recognized as providing funds or other benefits to Anti-Social Forces or otherwise being involved with them

If you violate any of the above, we may immediately suspend your use of the Service or delete your account without prior notice. In such case, we may claim damages against you and shall not be liable for any damages you may incur.

17. Service Suspension

We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Maintenance, inspection, or updating of systems related to the Service
• Difficulty in providing the Service due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, natural disasters, or spread of viruses
• Stoppage of computers or communication lines due to accidents
• Suspension of third-party services used by the Service (such as Google Gemini API)
• Any other circumstances where we determine that provision of the Service is difficult

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you due to suspension or interruption of the Service as described above.

18. Account Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the Service at any time by deleting your account.

• To withdraw, please use the account settings page or contact support@jumonai.com
• If you have any outstanding payments at the time of withdrawal, you remain obligated to pay such amounts
• Upon withdrawal, your account data and generated content will be deleted. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered
• Any remaining credit balance will be forfeited upon withdrawal and will not be refunded

19. Prohibition of Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.

• You may not transfer, lend, or share your account with any third party
• If we transfer the business related to the Service to a third party, we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, as well as your registration information and other data, to the transferee, and you hereby consent in advance to such transfer

20. Notifications

Notifications from us to you shall be made by the following methods:

• Sending an email to the email address you registered
• Display on the Service or in-app notifications
• Posting on our website

Notifications by email shall be deemed to have been received at the time we send the email. Notifications by posting on our website shall take effect from the time of posting.

22. Survival

The following provisions shall survive the termination of these Terms:

• Intellectual Property (Section 8)
• Disclaimers (Section 9)
• Limitation of Liability (Section 10)
• Indemnification (Section 11)
• Dispute Resolution (Section 13)
• Governing Language (Section 14)
• Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces (Section 16)
• Any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination

23. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, enactment or revision of laws, or government intervention.

• In the event of a Force Majeure event, we will endeavor to notify you promptly
• If a Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate this agreement by written notice to the other party

14. Governing Language

These Terms of Service are provided in Japanese and English. The Japanese version is the original and authoritative version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Japanese version and any translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.

21. Severability

If any provision or part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions and the remaining parts of any provision determined to be invalid or unenforceable shall continue to be valid and enforceable. We and you shall endeavor to modify such invalid or unenforceable provision or part to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent and legal and economic effect of such provision or part.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior written or oral agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof. No modification or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless made in writing by us.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

• For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the effective date
• However, this notice period may not apply when urgent changes are required due to legal or regulatory requirements
• Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
