5. AI Generation Data Handling

Regarding data handling in our AI image generation service:

• Your prompts (text instructions), reference images, and style settings are sent to Google Gemini API for image generation processing
• We do not develop or train our own AI models, and we do not use your prompts or generated images to train our AI models
• Generated images are stored linked to your account and will not be disclosed to third parties unless you configure public sharing settings

4. Third-Party Disclosure

We will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

• Stripe, Inc. (United States): We provide your email address and payment information necessary for payment processing

• When required by law, or when necessary to protect life, body, or property
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties

6. Retention Period

We retain your personal information for the following periods:

• Account information: until you request deletion
• Generated content: user-controlled (can be deleted at any time)
