Additional Fees Internet connection fees and communication charges are borne by the customer. Consumption tax is included in the displayed price.
Payment Method Credit card payment (via Stripe)
Payment Timing Subscription: Initial payment at time of application, thereafter charged at each monthly auto-renewal. Credit top-up: Charged immediately upon purchase.
Contract Period Monthly plan: Auto-renews on a 1-month basis (continues until cancellation). Annual plan: Auto-renews on a 12-month basis (discounted compared to monthly plan).
Service Availability Service is available immediately upon payment completion
System Requirements OS: Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, iOS 14+, Android 10+. Browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge (latest versions). Stable internet connection recommended.
Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To stop auto-renewal, please complete the cancellation process at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
Cancellation Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation steps: (1) After logging in, click your avatar in the top right (2) Select "Billing" (3) Click "Manage Subscription" button (4) Select "Cancel Plan" in the Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Returns & Refunds Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription purchase, provided no credits have been used. No refunds are available if any credits have been used or after 7 days have passed. Credit top-up purchases are delivered immediately and are non-refundable under any circumstances. See Terms of Service for details.

  • Due to the nature of digital services, data and content cannot be "returned." Refunds are subject to the policy above.
